Curry-Roasted Cauliflower


This delicious roasted cauliflower is flavored with curry powder. The roasted cauliflower is easy to prepare and bake for a delicious side dish or snack.

SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 cups cauliflower florets
1/3 cup Slivered Almonds

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 400. Mix oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt & pepper in large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat

	Step 2: Place in a 13x9-inch baking dish, cover with foil.

	Step 3: Bake 15 min. Add almonds; mix lightly. Bake uncovered, an additional 10 to 15 min. or until cauliflower is lightly browned and almonds are toasted.
